AROMATHERAPY

Essential oils are highly concentrated volatile liquids to be used with great care and respect. There is evidence of the use of aromatic alchemy from over 4000 years ago by the Ancient Egyptians & the Greeks. Essential oils have numerous medicinal and therapeutic properties. Aromatherapy is perfect for enhancing physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

ACUPRESSURE

Traditional Chinese medicine incorporates breathing exercises, dietary therapy, acupressure, and herbology as forms of common holistic healing. Acupoints were discovered mainly through instinct and hands-on experience over 5000 years ago. Technology and science has recently revealed that they actually have a higher electrical conductivity on the skin’s surface.

HOT STONE TREATMENTS

The use of hot stones in massage is quickly growing in popularity. Hot basalt rocks are said to reach four times the depth in soft tissue than hands alone without the discomfort of regular deep tissue massage. They are very soothing and softening to the muscles while helping to ease stress and tension.

MEDICAL MASSAGE

We are certified by the American Medical Massage Association and work within our scope of practice to provide relief from pain and discomfort. Medical Massage zones in on specific “problem areas” to encourage relief, repair and restoration to soft tissue.

On-site Seated Massage ~ $1 per minute. Great for relieving stress in the workplace or at your special event. Ask about corporate discounts.
